Bootcamp overview
The Service Oriented Enterprise Professional Certification programme provides IT & Data Centre professionals with a usable certification which will differentiate them in the market space from a Service Oriented perspective.
The CSOEP will be an expert in all IT Service Oriented Layers (Physical Data Centre layer, IT Infrastructure Layer, IT Process Layer, IT Security Layer and IT Management Layer). He or she will understand Service Oriented design, concepts, implementation, security, management, processes, governance and international related aspects
What the programme will provide?
Practical instruction will be provided from a Data Centre, IT, Security, Management and Process perspective (layered, vendor neutral and service oriented approach). These are applicable to enterprise-wide IT environments as well as small and medium businesses.
The certification programme is taught by the trainer using authorized manuals (attendees may also use their own personal computers throughout) and includes videos as well as example of tools essential to move your organization into the Service Oriented direction.
Prerequisites to attend
All attendees should have a good understanding of Data Centre facilities, knowledge of IT infrastructure and business processes operating within the Data Centre and IT Infrastructure, prior to enrolling in the course

This certification programme targets experienced IT and Data Center professionals who wish to gain a solid understanding of a Service Oriented Enterprise.
Examination and Certification
CSOEP Certificate Examination: The examination is part of the course programme and comprises of a closed book exam with 100 questions. The duration of the examination is 3 hours.
Results of the exam: will be communicated to the attendee within two weeks of the course.
Certificates: An official CSOEP Certificate will be given to the students who succeed in passing the examination.
Certificate of attendance: A certificate of attendance will also be given to the attendee.
